General Rules for Debate Competition:

1>There will be two members in a group. One of them will speak in favour of the motion i.e. for the Topic and other one will speak against the motion i.e. against the topic.
2>There will be in all together three rounds

Round 1: Each Participant will present its thoughts over the Topic for 2 minutes.

Round 2: Butling Round i.e. Each member will be given a maximum time of 1 Minute to contradict the points of your opponent other than your groupmate.

Round 3:Re-Butling Round i.e. In this round each member will be given a maximum of 1 Minute to defend your points.
